  • Lesson 1: Your Mind is Like the Sky

    We explore how some thoughts are positive, like fluffy white clouds on a sunny day. Other thoughts are less kind, like rain clouds on a stormy day. We have the power to choose which thoughts to pay attention to. Even when our minds feel stormy, we explain that it always passes.

  • Lesson 2: Puppy Mind

    We explain how our minds are like puppies, they need to be trained! We teach bubble breathing, a fun technique for your students to practice mindfulness and calm themselves down by taking slow, deep breaths as if blowing gentle bubbles.

  • Lesson 3: Gratitude is my Superpower

    We teach that expressing gratitude is like sending a happy message to the world, asking for more goodness. Saying “thank you” is a special way to bring more love into your life!
